This policy applies to RivalWatch subscriptions, operated by Cadrex Systems LLC.
Try before you pay
RivalWatch offers a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. We encourage you to use it to make sure RivalWatch fits your needs.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Your account automatically moves to the free plan at the end of that period.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.
- This includes situations where you forget to cancel before a renewal — please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
- We may, at our sole discretion, grant a goodwill refund in exceptional circumstances; doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.
Required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
